PRESENT: Kidd, Byrd, Mack, Sheridan ABSENT: Humeston CITY ENGINEER: McBride, present CITY ATTORNEY: Rourke, present Moved by Counbilman Mack, seconded by COuncilman Byrd that the minutes of May 26th regular adjourned meeting be approved as mailed and received. Motion carried. WIDENING OF FIRST Letter from Mr. Harold Lindgren regarding ST.-CONVEYANCE OF the widening of First Street and offering 10' STRIP ON FIRST to convey a 10 foot strip on First Street ST. EAST OF "D" ST. east of '~C' Street ~ the city providing the city stand. the expense, was read by the clerk. RESOLUTION NO. Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by 560 - REMOVAL Councilman Byrd the City Attorney draw AND REPLACEMENT up Resolution No. 560 suthorizing re- OF CURBING AND moval and replacement of curbing and PAVING ETC. paving the strip on said property and ABOVE also assume responsibility of S.A.V.I. irrigation line. SERVICE LINES Regarding request from Santa Ana for TRROUGH TUSTIN permission to lay service line through PROPERTY AT FIRST Tustin property at First an~ Tustin AND TUSTIN AVES. Avenues - Mr. McBride reported he had requested they delay until after the summer months and then reapply stating 259 they will backfill and repave and estimate length of time that entry to Union 0il station will be closed· Weed Ordinance Report on Weed Ordinance delayed to next meeting. ORDINANCE NO. Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Council~ 153 TO BE READ man Sheridan that Ordinance No. 153 Prescribing BY TITLE ONLY Regulations for the Installation, Maintenance, Alteration and Repair of Plumbing and Drainage Systems, have its first reading by title only. Motion carried unanimously. ORDINANCE NO. 153 Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman Sheridan that hearing date on Ordinance 153 be set for June 19th. Motion carried. TUSTIN COMMUNITY Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by ANNEXATION Councilman Byrd that request for Tustin Community Annexation be referred to the Planning Commission· Motion carried.
