MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL
JUNE 5, 1961
Meeting called to order at 7:35 P.M. by Mayor Kidd.
PRESENT: Kidd, Byrd, Mack, Sheridan
ABSENT: Humeston
CITY ENGINEER: McBride, present
CITY ATTORNEY: Rourke, present
Moved by Counbilman Mack, seconded by COuncilman Byrd that the
minutes of May 26th regular adjourned meeting be approved as
mailed and received. Motion carried.
WIDENING OF FIRST Letter from Mr. Harold Lindgren regarding
ST.-CONVEYANCE OF the widening of First Street and offering
10' STRIP ON FIRST to convey a 10 foot strip on First Street
ST. EAST OF "D" ST. east of '~C' Street ~ the city providing the
city stand. the expense, was read by the

requested they delay until after the
summer months and then reapply stating

meeting.
ORDINANCE NO. Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Council~
153 TO BE READ man Sheridan that Ordinance No. 153 Prescribing
BY TITLE ONLY Regulations for the Installation, Maintenance,
Alteration and Repair of Plumbing and Drainage
Systems, have its first reading by title only.
Motion carried unanimously.
ORDINANCE NO. 153 Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman
Sheridan that hearing date on Ordinance 153 be
set for June 19th. Motion carried.
TUSTIN COMMUNITY Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by
ANNEXATION Councilman Byrd that request for Tustin Community
Annexation be referred to the Planning Commission·
Motion carried.
Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman
Sheridan that the bills be paid. Motion carried.
