HICKS Attorney for Claimant DATE FILED: Revised 8/05/81 JGR:se:R:8/5/81 (A) ATTACHMENT TO CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF TUSTIN Claimant: Carol Perry Con't 4.(e) Claimant, CAROL PETRY, the wife of decedent ROBERT PETRY, flaged down a Tustin Police Department officer on the evening of January 9, 1986. Her busband had become extremely ill due to unknown causes. Two Tustin police offi-cers came to her home, along with an ambulance from Doctors Ambulance Company. The deceased, ROBERT PETRY, was restrained and placed on a gurney provided by the ambulance. The officers, and others, gagged the decedent, causing him to suffocate to death.
