Recommendation: Pleasure of the City Council. Carver Oevelopment, how-
ever, requests the appeal hearing be continued to June 2, 1986.

RESOLUTION NO. 86-64 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING DESIGNATION OF MOULTON PARKWAY, BETWEEN RED
HILL AVENUE AND HARVARD AVENUE, TO EDINGER AVENUE
Recommendation: If Council determines it will be in the best interest
of the City and its citizens and residents to change designation of
Moulton Parkway to Edinger Avenue, adopt Resolution No. 86-64.

ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND BRYAN AVENUE, TO
TUSTIN RANCH ROAD
Recommendation: If Council determines it will be in the best interest
of the City and its citizens and residents to change designation of
Jamboree Road to Tustin Ranch Road, adopt Resolution No. 86-65.

85-1, PHASE VI) AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
Adopt Resolution No. 86-62 as recommended by the Public Works

TUSTIN ACCEPTING WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF

Adopt Resolution No. 86-63; and if no claims or stop payment notices
are filed within 30 days after date of recordation, authorize pay-
ment of the final 10% retention amount as recommended by the Public
Works Department/Engineering Division.

TIAL
Direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the revised Landscape
Maintenance Agreement between the City and The Irvine Company as
recommended by the Community Development Department.

TUSTIN TILLER DAYS PARADE
Recommendation: Pleasure of the City Council.
2. STREET LIGHTING - TUSTIN PLAZA (CARVER DEVELOPNENT)
Recommendation: Authorize the installation of ten street lights along
Newport Avenue, Main Street, and Sixth Street adjacent to Tustin Plaza;
and appropriate funds in the amount of $1,390.00 in FY 1986-87 Budget
for electrical energy and maintenance of said lighting as recommended by
the Public Works Department/Engineering Division.
3. AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR FY 1985-86 SIDEWLK & CURB REPAIR PROGRAM
Recommendation: Award the contract for subject project to Dudley
Masonry, Inc., Anaheim, in the amount of $114,863.12; and authoriz~
staff to add additional work to the contract to utilize all budgeted
funds as recommended by the Public Works Department/Engineering Divi-
sion.
4. 1986-87 BUDGET WORKSHOP
Recommendation: Set a date for budget workshop.
5. CONSOLIDATION OF ELECTIONS
Recommendation: Pleasure of the City Council.
