DECLARATION OF SURPLUS CITY EQUIPMENT TO BE AUCTIONED ON JUNE 28, 1986
DeClare items on subject list as City surplus and authorize same to
be sold at the City Police Auction June 28, 1986, as recommended by
the Public Works Department/Engineering Division.
RESOLUTION NO. 86-63 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN ACCEPTING WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF

Adopt Resolution No. 86-63; and if no claims or stop payment notices
are filed within 30 days after date of recordation, authorize pay-
ment of the final 10% retention amount as recommended by the Public
Works Department/Engineering Division.

Maintenance Agreement between the City and The Irvine Company as
