Minutes of May 27, 1986 Planning Commission Meeting. Policy D~termination on Temporary Banner Signs on Park Fences; Resolution No. 2341. Commissioner Mc Carthy moved to approve the consent calendar. Commissioner Baker noted a change in the minutes and seconded the motion with that change. Motion carried 3-0. PUBLIC HEARINGS Applicant: Location: Request: TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 12759 J. P. Kapp & Associates on behalf of the Irvine Company North of the Santa Aha Freeway, West of Jamboree, East of E1Camino Real Authorization to subdivide eight (8) lots {three [3] numbered and five [5] lettered) into seven (7) numbered lots. Presentation: Mary Ann Chamberlain, Associate Planner Commissioner Mc Carthy moved, Baker seconded to approve Tentative Tract Map 12759 by the adoption of Resolution No. 2338. Motion carried 3-0. Morton carrted 3-0. NEW BUSINESS: 5. AUTO CENTER FREEWAY SIGN Presentation: Edward M. Knight, Senior Planner CommiSsioner Mc Carthy moved, Baker seconded to approve the Auto Center Freeway Sign by the adoption of Resolution No. 2343. Motion carried 3-0. 6. Lamm, Director of Community Development moved, Baker seconded a motion to adjourn at 8:24 p.m.' 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 86-82 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA GIVING PUBLIC NOTICE THAT THE SALE OF INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTIAL UNITS LOCATED WITHIN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX AT 1651 MITCHELL AVENUE, TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA (ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 432-031-31) IS PROHIBITED The City Council of the City of Tustin, California does hereby resolve as follows: I. The City Council hereby finds and determines as-follows: That Conditional Use Permit 80-21 was approved on November 7, 1980 authorizing the conversion of residential apartment units at 1651 Mitchell Avenue, Tustin, California into residential condominium units. That a Final Tract Map .for condominium purposes (Tract No. 11336) was approved for the condominium converion at 1651 Mitchell Avenue pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act as adopted by the City of Tustin. Ce That construction plans were approved and building permits for the conversion project were issued. De That a portion of the approved project was constructed thereby implementing Use Permit 80-21. That building permits for the conversion of residential units expired, were not renewed, and construction within said units was never completed. That until such time that existing residential units are physically converted to appropriate condominium standards and required building permits are obtained, individual apartment units may not be sold. That the Ctty Council hereby directs that the City Clerk cause this resolution to be recorded against the subject property's title (Assessor's Parcel Number 432-031-31) at the earliest possible date. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16th day of June , 1986.
