HomeMy WebLinkAboutOB 1 T COMM HOSPITAL 02-04-85OLD BUSINESS NO. 1 TO: FROM: SUBJECT: HONORABLE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL COI~IUNITY DEYELOPMENT OEPARTMENT RE¥IEli OF TUSTIN COPllUNTTY HOSPITAL PARKING LOT PLAN BACKGROUND: The City Council during its appeal hearings when considering Use Permit 84-16, Tusttn Community Hospttal Medical Building, imposed a condition of approval requiring the final parking lot plan be submitted for your approval. These plans are now ready for your review. . DISCUSSION: Use Permit 84-16 authorized construction of a medical office building to be located within the parking lot area of Tustin Community Hospital at 14662 Newport Avenue. At this time, hospital representatives have filed plan~e~nd are preparing for construction of the parking lot addition which was forml~Ply part of the Tustin Block Company property. The parking lot plan as indicated in the attachments to this transmittal will be constructed prior to the medical office building construction to provide ample parking at all times during construction periods. The attached final parking lot plan reflects the necessary corrections in compliance with City codes and City staff approva)~ Staffjtherefor~will issue permits for parking lot construction at such time all requirements have been satisfied.
