APPROVAL OF DEI~RNDS in the amount of $670,146.03 RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL in the amount of $129,350.65 COLUI~)US TUSTIN PARK REVENUE SHAJ~ING AGREEMENT EXllENSION Approve the amendment and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the agreement extending the revenue sharing fund- ing for Columbus Tustin Park for a period of five (5) years as recommended by the Recreation Superintendent. RESOLUTION NO. 85-17 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Tustin, California, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AND SIGN AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF TUSTIN AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, CALIFORNIA STATE PERSONNEL BOARD, COOPERATIVE PERSONNEL SERVICES Adoption of Resolution No. 85-17 as recommended by the Direc- tor of Community and Administrative Services. APPOINTlqENTS TO llJSTIN WATER BOARD Appoint John Butler, Leslie Pontious, and Walter Kowalik to fill vacancies on the Water Board as recommended by the Water Board. City Council of the City of Tustin ACCEPTING WORKS OF IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING RECORDATION OF NOTICE OF COMPLETION (MOULTON PARKWAY/I.C.D./ MYFORD ROAD FAU PROJECT Adoption of Resolution No. 85-18 and authorize payment of the final 5% retention amount of $313,686.31 if no liens or stop payment notices have been filed within 30 days as recommended by the Engineering Department.
