Sheridan that the Council approve and accept "YORBA

ZONING Hearing on Zoning and Setback requirements for
HEARING "YORBA STI'~EET AN'NEXATION NO.2" was opened at 9:20 P. M.
Mayor.pro tern Humeston called. for discussion.

ZONE Byrd that the recommendations of the Tustin Planning
APPROVED Commission as to Zoning and Setbacks be accepted and
approved. P'lotion carried.
ORD. 139, Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman
1st READ- 3yr4. that ORDINANCE NO. 139, accepting "YORiBA ST.
ING. Ai:.i}IEXATION MO. 2" have its Cirst reading by title only.
Motion carried.
ACTING }1ayor pro tem appointed Councilman Sheridan .as acting
MAYOR Mayor in the absence of both the Mayor and Mayor pro tern.
