HEARING ~l~e~r~ng 0n~RESOLUTiON NO. 518, a Resolution of the City RESOLUTION ~ Council for the Vacating and Abandonment of certain land NO. 518 .within the Cityof Tustinwas opened at 7:~5 P. M. There being no~objections, hearing was closed. RESOLUTION [r~o~iOnmade bylCouncilman Mack, seconded by Councilman NO. 524 .B~rd that HESOLUTIOI,~ NO. 524 to~abandon said property ADOPTED .be adopted. Motioncar~ied,~ all Councilmen voting Aye. [roll call) REVERE Petition for withdrawal from the City of Tustin of the HOUSE, . Revere House, presented to the City Council and read by PETITION .Clerk. Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman Mack, that the matter of the petition for withdrawal, as presented --- by the Revere House, be referred to the City Attorney for further study and recommendation as soon as feasible for a reportlat our next regular meeting, or if ready sooner at a Special Heeting to be called by the Mayor. Motion carried. All Councilmen voting Aye. D. MUNSON Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Mack, that EXTRA Chief Sissel be authorized to have Dale Munson work 12 WORK additional hours a week at ~2.00 per hour for a trial oeriod of one month, beginning the first week of August to work Sn bringing old reports and records up-to-date. Motion carried. PAINTING Movgd by,Councilman Mack,~seconded by Councilman Byrd, FRONT & that trim on front and side of building and stucco across SIDE front of City Hall and Fire Station be painted. Motion carried. ORDINANCE Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Mack, that NO. 137 ORDINANCE NO. 137, fixing & determining the amount of Revenue ADOPTED necessary to be raised hy Taxation upon taxable oroperty and Revenue necessary to carry on various deoartment~, be passed and adopted. Motion carried, all Counciimen voting Aye. RESOLUTION Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman Byrd, NO. 522 that RESOLUTION NO. 522, fixing salaries for Street Mainte- ADOPTED nance worker, Building Inspector, Deputy City Clerk, City Treasurer, Police Chief, Sg't. and Patrolmen be adopted. Motion carried. . Request for annexation by Mr. Patton tabled until new request presented to Council. FLAG Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Council Mack, that PURCHASE Clerk purchase new American flag for Council Chambers and have State flag cleaned. Motion carried. Report on Permit and License fees deferred to next meeting. 188 Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Sheridan, that bills be paid. Motion carried. Motion carried. AGREEMENT Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman Mack, WITH that Mayor pro tem and City Clerk be authorized to execute CHAMBER OF agreement with Tustin Chamber of~ommerce re: Tustin Tiller COMMERCE Days. Motion carried. ORDINAMCE Moved lby Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Sheridan, NO 138 that O~DINANCE ~0. 138, amending ORDI~¢ANCE N0. 131, have its FIRST first reading, by Title.. Motion carried. READING Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman Sheridan, REMOVAL that Chief of Police be authorized to take down flasher FLASHER light at First and A Streets.
