PAY Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman Byrd INCREASES that City Attorney be authorized to prepare a resolution setting up the following pay increases: Deputy City Clerk to $125.00, City Treasurer to $50 00 and a 5%.raise, Street Maintenance Man 5%, Building Inspector raise every six months for the PoXice Depar[m~nt. retroactive to July 1, 1960. Motion carried. 0RD. 137 Moved by Councilman Mack seconded by Councilman Byrd that DETERMINING Ordinance No. 137 ~/n - Ordinance of the Citv Council REVENUE City of Tustin filing of the witRAn the City of Tustin and the amount of Revenue necessary to Carry~onth~ ~ari0Us~depa. rtments of the said City for the Fiscal Year 1960-61. Motion carried. RESOLUTION Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Mack NO. 521 that RESOLUTION N0. 521 establishing Taxi Stand be TAXI STAND adopted. Motion carried, all Councilmen voting iye. RESOLUTION Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Mack that N0-518 RESOLUTION N0. 518, A resolution of the City Council of the ABANDON City of Tustin of intention to abandon and vacate a portion PROP. of Street within the City of Tustin, be adopted. Motion carried, all Councilmen voting Aye. TAXI Clerk directed to write Yellow, Black & Green Cabs of PERMIT Santa Aria informing them of a ~5.00 permit fee. Request & FEE to be in writing as per Taxi Ordinance. HEARING Moved by CounCilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Mack that AUG. 18 City Attorney be authorized to prepare a Resolution setting YORBA NO. August tSth for hearing by City Council on Zoning and set- 2 ZONING backs for Yorba Street Annexation No. 2. Motion carried.
