Moved bY Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Sheridan that minutes of May 9th adjourned meeting be approved as mailed.. Mbtion carried. Motion made by Councilman Mack, seconded by Councilman Sheridan that co~:respondence be received and filed. Motion carried. MCBRIDE rioved By Councilman Byrd, Seconde~ by Councilman Mack GIVEN AUTHOR that Mr. McBride be authorized to complete paving IZATION TO between curb and existing sidewalk on N. Motion carried. PURCHASES Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded. by Councilman FOR THE Sheridan that Fire Chief Hilton be authorized to FIRE DEP'T make purchases for the Fire Department not to exceed the sum of $1,~00100. REINBURSE- Motion made by Coun~ilmaff Byrd, seconded by Councilman MENT FOR · Mack that the clerk be authorized to make a Warrant BEESON out to Mr. A1 Be~so¼, for the amount of ~12.~0 to cover cost of badge. Warrant to be delivered to Mr. Beeson either on presentation of cancelled check or Photostatic copy of check and endorsement. Motion carried. ORDER ON Chief Hilton reported and submitted a list of names CLEARANCE of offenders where weeds should be removed. Chief ON WEEDS Hilton and Chief Sissel were authorized to call offenders or' write letters where necessary. MEMBERSHIP Moved by Councilman Sheridan, seconded by Councilman APPROVAL Mack that the clerk apply for membership in the Municipal Finance Officers Association. Motion carried. Clerk directed to set up interviews with applicants INTER* for the position of City Attorney. Applicants VIEWS FOR to meet with the City Council in the Council CITY ATT. Chambers. Said interviews to start Tuesday May 24th, at ?:30 P. M., alloting one half hour per interview-4 interviews per night. COMPOSITE Moved by Councilman Mack, seconded by Council- MAPS FOR man Byrd that Mr. McBride be authorized to SCHOOL have composite maps of Tustin School District DISTRICT made up for the planning Commission Motion carried. ' Moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Council- man Mack that the bills be paid. Motion carried.
