BETWEEN PROSPECT AVENUE AND LIVINGSTON STREET
Adoption of Resolution No. 85-53 as recommended by the Recre-
ation Superintendent.

AWARD OF BID FOR F.Y. '84-'85 SIDEWALK AND CURB REPAIR PROGRAM
Award the contract for subject project to Arm and Hammer Con-
crete of Tustin, CA, in the amount of $32,760.43 as recom-
mended by the Engineering Department.
AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS - LAGUNA ROAD AND JAMBOREE
ROAD IMPROVE)tENTS
Adopt the Resolution approving plans and specifications for
the Laguna Road improvements between Browning Avenue and the
easterly boundary of the Tustin Auto Center, and Jamboree
Road improvements between Bryan Avenue and the Santa Ana
Freeway; and, authorizing the advertisement of bids; or in
the event plans and specifications are not finalized by May
20, 1985, schedule a special adjourned Council meeting for
either May 23, 25 or 27 as recommended by the Director of
Public Works/City Engineer.

Authorize the Mayor to execute the subject Agreement for
Payment of Costs for Infrastructure Improvements Proposed for

to final approval of the City Attorney's office as
recommended by the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
