DESIGN REVIEW FOR AHENDflENT TO ORDINANCE 922
BACKGROUND:
On November 5, 1984 the City Council adopted Ordinance 922 which authorized
the development of a 20 unit (one-bedroom) "Senior Citizen" complex at
17432-17442 Mitchell Avenue. On that same date the Redevelopment Agency
approved the design review for the project"by the adoption of Resolution
No. 84-13.
On May 6, 1985 the City Council held a public hearing to consider a change
to the development plan for Ordinance 922. Ordinance 931 was introduced
which authorized some minor changes in the project.
RECOI~IENDATION:
Find that the minor changes to the project (as defined in Ordinance 931)
will add enhancement to the redevelopment area and approve the revised
design by the adoption of Resolution No. RDA 85-1.
