RDA 85-4 - A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin DETERMINING THE ADEQUACY OF THE DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT (EIR 85-1) AND PROPOSED AMENDMENT FOR THE SOUTH/CENTRAL REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT Adoption of Resolution No. RDA 85-4 and authorize transmitting the proposed South/Central Redevelopment Project Plan and EIR 85-1 Amendment to the Planning Commission for report and recommendations as recommended by the Director of Community Development. RES~UTION NO. RDA 85-5 - A Resolution of the Tustin Community Redevelopment Agency FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION BY EMINENT DOMAIN OF CERTAIN SUBLEASE HOLD INTERESTS IN REAL PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC USE AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CONDEMNATION Adoption of Resolution No. RDA 85-5 and authorize retention of Robert Waldron, Esq. as Special Counsel to assist the Agency in the eminent domain proceedings as recommended by the Executive Director. EXTENSZON OF NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT - BURNETT-EHLINE PROPERTIES (NEWFORTH CENTER) Authorize a sixty-day extension of the Negotiation Agreement between the Agency and Burnett-Ehline Properties as recommended by the Executive Di rector.
