MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED REGULAR
MEETING OF THE TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL
FEBRUARY 25TH, 1960
MEMBERS PRESENT: Kidd, Tadlock, Bacon & Byrd.
ABSENT : Humeston
CITY ATTORNEY : Dennis D. Hayden, present.
CITY ENGINEER : J. L. McBride, present.
YORBA ST. Mayor Kidd called the meeting to order at 7:30 P. M.
ANNEXATION and opened the hearing on the "Yorba Street Annexation."
There having been no further protests filed, Council-
CERTIFICA- man Bacon moved, seconded by Councilman Tadlock that

It was moved by Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Council-
man Byrd that the Certification of the City Clerk be
received and filed. Motion carried.
Councilman Tadlock moved, seconded by Councilman Bacon that
ORDINANCE Ordinance No. 132, "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN
NO. 132 CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON THE 26th DAY
OF APRIL, 1960 PERTAINING TO THE ANNEXATION OF 'YORBA
STREET ANNEXATION' TO THE CITY OF TUSTIN" be adopted.
Motion carried, all Councilmen present voting Aye.
PLANS & It was moved by Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman
SPECIFICATION Byrd that City Engineer McBride be authorized to prepare

EAST FIRST CouncilmaN Bacon moved, seconded by Councilman Byrd

ADJOURNMENT On motion of Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman
Byrd and duly carried, the meeting was adjourned.
