PLANNING COFIqISSION'S ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 2228
BACKGROUND:
On June 10, 1985 the subject application was heard by the Planning Commission.

existing sales area. The conditions of approval as outlined in the attached
staff report and Resolution are the subject of appeal.
DISCUSSION:
On June 14, 1985 the applicant filed an appeal of Use Permit 85-13. While not
specifically stated, the applicant is appealing Condition II. A. 4 of Resolution
2228 requiring a ten {10) foot irrevocable offer of dedication along Red Hill

Since the Planning Commission approved Use Permit 85-13 wi th the conditions as
recommended by staff, it will be recommended that the findings and conditions
