COUNTY OF ORANGE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM (A.H.F.P.)
ANNUAL REQUALIFICATION RESOLUTION
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tustin City Council, at their meeting of July 1, 1985, adopt the attached
Resolution informing the Arterial Highway Financing Program Advisory Committee of
the status of the City of Tustin Master Plan of Arterial Highways.
BACKGROUND:
Current A.H.F.P. policy requires each City participating in the A.H.F.P. Program
to adopt a Resolution each year to affirm that the City's Master Plan of Arterial
Highways (M.P.A.H.) is in conformance with the County's Master Plan of Arterial
Highways, and that the City has adequate setback and limited access provisions to
protect the integrity of the arterial highway system.
DISCUSSION:
The attached Resolution, when passed and adopted by City Council, will reaffirm
concurrence of the City's M.P.A.H. with that of the County of Orange.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA, INFORMING THE ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING
PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE STATUS OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN MASTER PLAN OF ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, the City of Tustin, has a Master Plan of Arterial Highways,
WHEREAS, the Arterial Highway Financing Program requires annual
requalification of participating Cities in said program;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tustin,
that;
The Arterial Highway Financing Program Advisory Committee be, and
here is, informed that the City of Tustin's Master Plan of Arterial Highways is
in conformance with the County of Orange Master Plan of Arterial Highways and
the Master Plan of Arterial Highways of adjacent jurisdictions, and;
The City of Tustin has adopted Zoning Ordinance No. 157, as amended,
requiring setback to protect ultimate arterial highway right-of-way, and in
addition, the City of Tustin had adopted Subdivision Ordinance No. 651, as
amended, which provides for limitation of access to the arterial highway
system.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tustin, held on the ~ day of , 1985.
