(Roll Call Vote) 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 2t ORDINANCE NO. 934 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, APPROVING ZONE CHANGE 85-5 REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED ON YORBA STREET BETWEEN FIRST STREET AND IRVINE BLVD. AS INDICATED ON EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby ordain as follows: · The City Council finds and determines as follows: That a proper application (Zone Change No. 85-5) has been initiated by the city of Tustin to rezone certain properties on Yorba Street between First Street and Irvine Blvd. as indicated on the attached Exhibit "A". Specifically, the zone changes on particular parcels are as follows: Lots 1, 12 & 13: From Multiple Family Residential (R-3) to Professional Office (Pr) From Single Family Residential (R-l) to Lots 4 through 11: Professional Office (Pr) Lots 2 and 3: From Estate Residential (E-4) to Professional Office (Pr) Lot 14: From Multiple Family Residential (R-3) to Public and 'Institutional (P&I) B. That a public hearing before the Planning Commission was duly called, noticed and held on said Zone Change. C. That the Planning Commission, by the adoption of Resolution No. 2239 recommended to the City Council that Zone Change 85-5 be a~proved. That a public hearing before the City Council was duly called, noticed and held concerning Zone Change 85-5. That a Negative Declaration has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act and is hereby aplproved. That the City Council hereby concurs with the findings of the Planning Commission as contained in Resolution No. 2239.
