NOVEMBER 20, 1959
COUNCILMEN PRESENT: Kidd, Humeston & Byrd..
ABSENT : Tadlock & Bacon.
CITY ATTORNEY : Dennis D. Hayden, present.
CITY ENGINEER : J. L. McBride, present.
Mayor Kidd called the meeting to order at 12: M.
NOTICE OF Councilman Byrd moved, seconded by Councilman Humeston
INTENTION TO that the Notice of intention to Circulate Petition
CIRCULATE relating to Annexation of certain territory to the
PETITION City of Tustin, under the Annexation Act of 1913, be
received and filed. Motion carried.
RES. #488, It was moved by Councilman Humeston, seconded by
RESCINDING Councilman Byrd that RESOLUTION NO. 488, "A RESOLUTION
RES. #487 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 487 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN," be adopted. Motion carried. All Council-
men present voting Aye.
Councilman Humeston moved, seconded by Councilman
RESOLUTION Byrd that RESOLUTION NO.489, "A RESOLUTION OF THE
#489 ACKNOW- CITY COUNCIL OF TH!C CITY OF TUSTIN ACKNOWLEDGING
LEDGES RECEIPT THE RECEIPT OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CIRCULATE A
OF INTENTION PETITION FOR THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED
TO CIRCULATE AS 'YORBA STREET ANNEXATION' AND AN AFPIDAVIT 0F
PETITION ON PUBLICATION THEREOF AND APPROV!NG THE CIRCULATION OF -
YORBA ST. THE PETITION", be adopted. Motion carried, all
ANNEX. Councilmen present voting Aye.
Councilman Humeston moved, seconded by Councilman
ORD #131 Byrd that ORDINANCE NO. 131, regulating taxicabs,
REGULATING having been read in two previous meetings, be adopted..
TAXICABS. Motion carried, all Councilmen present voting Aye.
EXTENSION It was moved by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Council-
OF FIREMEN'S man Humeston, that the bill for $90.00 from Cartwright
POLICY Browning extending Firemen's Accident Insurance .
WITH CART- policies f'or one year from November 25, 1959 be
WRIGHT & paid. Motion carried.

On motion of Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman
Humeston and duly carried, the meeting was declared
adjourned. Motion carried.
