Nault, Finance Director Approximately 10 in the audience 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Edgar, to approve Minutes of the July 1, 1985, Regular Meeting. Motion carried 5-0. e APPROVAL OF DEMANDS - JUNE, 1985 It was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Edgar, to approve demands in the amount of $876,458.91 for the month of June, 1985, as recommended by the Director of Finance. Carried 5-0. 60 e ALIGNMENT OF THE NEWPORT AVENUE EXllENSION As recommended in the inter-com dated July 15, 1985, prepared by the Com- munity Development Department, it was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by ~, to direct staff to prepare feasible alternatives for the Newport Avenue extension and present its recommendation to the Agency. Motion carried 5-0. ~ 6. DESIGN REVIEW, 730 EL CA&4INO I~RY - RESOLUTION NO. RDA 85-7 Following consideration of the inter-com dated July 15, 1985, prepared by the Community Development Department, it was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Edgar, to approve the architectural design of the project approved by the Planning Commission; and adopt the following: RESOLtFTION NO. RDA 85-7 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DESIGN OF AN OFFICE STRUCTURE TO BE CONSTRUCTED AT 730 EL CAMINO WAY AS APPROVED BY USE PERMIT 85-7 The Director of Public Works responded to Chairman Greinke that the most recent Cal Trans plans indicate that freeway modifications will not encroach onto subject property. Mayor Greinke noted that the area is in need of weed abatement, as is the Cal Pacific property.
