(Roll Call Vote) 1 2 3 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 ORDINANCE NO. 945 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, REZONING 15352 WILLIAMS STREET FROM R-4 (SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT (MHP), AS SHOWN IN EXHIBIT "A". The City Council of the city of Tustin does hereby ordain as follows: I. The City Council finds and determines as follows: That a proper application, (Zone Change No. 85-8) has been filed by the city of Tustin to change the zone for 15352 Williams Street from R-¢ {Suburban Residential) District to Mobile Home Park District (MHP), as shown in Exhibit "A". That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. C. That a zone change should be granted for the following reasons: 1. That the proposed change would bring the Tustin Area General Plan in conformance with the Zoning Map. That the propped change would not be detrimental to the public health, safety, and welfare of the surrounding property owners. Development 'of subject property shall be in accordance with the policies adopted by the City Council; Uniform Building Codes as administered by the Building Official; Uniform Fire Code as administered by the Orange County Fire Marshal; and street improvement requirements as administered by the City Engineer. In accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines, the subject project will not have a significant impact on the environment and therefore a Negative Declaration is recommended to the City Council. That the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 2233 recommending to the City Council that they adopt Zone Change 85-8. 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2O 21 23 25 ~6 27 28 Ordinance No. 945 page two II. The City Council hereby approves Zone Change No. 85-8, from R-4 (Suburban Residential) District to Mobile Home Park District (MHP) for 15352 Williams Street, as shown in Exhibit "A".
