CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING / REVOCATION OF USE PERMIT NO. 80-2!
(WINDSOR GARDENS)
BACKGROUND:
Since the last time the Council was aprtsed of the situation at Windsor Gardens
the followtg items have transpired:
A swimming pool and spa have been installed and are near completion.
Additionally, a structure immediately adjacent to the pool to be used
as a changing room, with a shower, is in the framing stage.
All plywood boardwalks to the residential units have been replaced with
concrete walkways. All of the walkways previously damaged have been
repaired.
Complaints received have been mintmual. In fact the only complaint
noted was concerning a fence that had been removed between the Windsor
property and an adjacent complex. The fence was removed by a tenant
and has been replaced.
A slide presentation showing before and after conditions of the project is
available for Council review.
RECOI~qENDED ACTIO#:
Since progress has been made at the complex it is recommended that the continued
public hearing be opened to receive testimony, and subsequently continued to
January_7, lg85. Another status report will be filed at that time.
