HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1959 04 06 MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL, APRIL 6, 1959 MEMBERS PRESENT: Kidd, Tadlock, Humeston & Byrd. ABSENT : Bacon. CITY ATTORNEY : Dennis D. Rayden, present. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kidd at 7:35 P. M. On motion of Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman Byrd and carried, minutes of the last meeting were approved as mailed. DANCE PERMIT A letter was received from the Revere House, RENEWAL FOR requesting that their ~ance Permit be renewed REVERE HOUSE for one year. It was moved by Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman Humeston that the Dance Permit for the Revere House be renewed as requested. Motion carried. Councilman Byrd moved, seconded by Councilman Humeston that the balance of the correspondence be received and filed. First National Bank building between Main and Third Streets. Motion,carried, all Councilmen present voting Aye.
