NOVEMBER 5, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Kennedy at 9:54 p.m. in the
City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

It was moved by Hoestere~, seconded by Edgar, to approve the minutes of
the October 15, 1984, meeting. The motion carried 5-0.
4. DESIGN REVIEW, ZONE C~ANGE 84-6 - RESOLtFFION NO. RDA 84-13
As recommended in the inter-com dated November 5, 1984, prepared by the
Community Development Department, it was moved by Edgar, seconded by
Hoestere~, to adopt the following:
RESOLUTION ND. PJ)A 84-13 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DESIGN OF A 20
UNIT SENIOR CITIZEN COMPLEX TO BE LOCATED AT 17432 AND 17442 MITCHELL
AVENUE
Motion carried 4-0, Saltarelli abstained.

5. COLUMBUS TUSTIN WELLHEAD PROJECT - RESOLUTION NO. RDA 84-14
Following consideration of the inter-com dated October 30, 1984, prepared
by the Director of Public Works, it was moved by Edgar, seconded by
Greinke, to adopt the following:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 84-14 - A RESOLUTION OF THE TUSTIN COMMUNITY REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECI-
FICATIONS FOR THE COLUMBUS-TUSTIN WELLHEAD PROJECT AND DIRECTING THE
SECRETARY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
The motion carried 5-0.

the Agency meeting to the next regular meeting on November 19, 1984.
