OF THE TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL, JANUARY 19, 1959
COUNCILMEN PRESENT: Kidd, Tadlock, Humeston and Bacon.
COUNCILMEN ABSENT: Byrd.
CITY ATTORNEY : Dennis D. Hayden, present.
CITY ENGINEER : J. L. McBride, present.
Meeting was c[lled to order at 7:30 P. M. by Mayor Kidd.
It was moved by Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman Tadlock
that minutes of the previous meeting be elmproved as mailed.
Motion carried.
PERMIT On motion of Councilman Humeston, seconded by Councilman
TO Bacon, that an application to renew their permit to sell

TRIES
A request by the Orange County Society for Crippled Children
and Adults, Inc., to sell paper lapel Easter lilies on the

It was called to the attention of the Council that Wayne Darwin
would be unable to continue as Building Inspector.
BLDG. It was moved by Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman

Motion of Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman Bacon and
carried that an advertisement be run in the Tustin News for

NISSON RD The Resolution adopted by the Tustin Planning Commission approv-

RESOLU- On motion of Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman
TION Humeston that Resolution No. 457, "A Resolution of the City

intentipn to initiate proceedings to re-zone certain property
described herein and recommending zoning of said property",
be adopted.
ORD. Motion pf Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman Humeston
#120 that Ordinance No. 120, prohibiting Fortune Telling, have its
first reading in its entirety. Motion carried.
It was moved by Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman
Humeston and carried, that the bills be paid.
