1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Kennedy at 9:42 p.m. in the
City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California.

3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
It was moved by Hoestere~, seconded by Edgar, to approve the minutes of
the October 1, 1984, meeting. The motion carried 5-0.
4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS
It was moved by Hoestere~, seconded by Edgar, to approve demands in the
amount of $42,138.00 for the month of September, 1984, as recommended by
the Finance Director. Carried 5-0. 81
5. DESIGN REVIEW - USE PERMIT 84-18, EL CAJ~INO PLA~_A - RESOLUTION NO. RDA
84-12
It was moved by Hoesterey, seconded by Edgar, to adopt the following reso-
lution as revised by the City Council (see October 15, 1984, City Council
Minutes, Page 5):
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 84-12 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DESIGN OF 8,000
SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE AT EL CAMINO PLAZA LOCATED AT 6TH AND EL
CAMINO REAL
Motion carried 5-0.

7. AOJOURNMENT
At 9:43 p.m., it was moved by Edgar, seconded by Greinke, to adjourn the
Agency meeting to the next regular meting on November 5, 1984. Carried
5-0.
