TO APPROVE TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 12273
BACKGROUND:
Tenative Tract Map No. 12273 has been submitted in conjunction with Use Permit
84-15 requesting authorization to develop a 6 unit condominium project. The map
does not alter any existing property lines on the .0418 acre site, but instead
creates a one-lot subdivision for residential condominium purposes. The
Planning Commission approved Tentative Tract 12273 on September 24, 1984, by
adoption of Resolution No. 2185.
RECOI~ENDEO ACT'ION:
.It is recommended that Tentative Tract Map No. 12273 be approved by the adoption

RESOLUTION NO. 84-83
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT I2273.
The City Council of the City of Tustin ftnds and determines as follows:

The City Council finds and determines as folTows:
A. That Tentative Tract Map No. 12273 was submitted to the City
Counct) pursuant to Ordinance No. 847 by Khan Associates on
behalf of Sik Wong to create a one lot subdivision for
condominiums proposed on lot 5 of the Newport Avenue Tract, as
shown on a map recorded in book 4, page 76 of miscellaneous
maps, Orange County, California.
B. The proposed division is in conformance with the Tustin Area
General Plan.
C. That a Negative Declaration had previously been approved for
this project.
The City Council hereby approves Tentative Tract 12273 subject to the
conditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2185.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
lSth day of October, 1984.
