MEETING OF THE TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL
JULY 15, 1958
COUNCILMEN PRESENT: Bacon, Tadlock, Humeston & Byrd.
ABSENT: Kidd
CITY ATTORNEY: Dennis D. Hayden, present
Mayor Pro tem Bacon opened the meeting at 7:40 P. M.
Minutes of last meeting were deferred until next regular
meeting, July 21, 1958.
TUSTIN PLAN. A written report from the Tustin Planning Commission with
COMM. RECOM- their recommendations as to Zoning and Building Line Re-
MENDATIONS quirements for the proposed "Greater Tustin Annexation"
ZONING. was presented to the Council.
Motion of Councilman Humeston, seconded by Councilman Byrd
that the above report be received and filed. Motion carried.
LETTER FROM A letter from Attorneys Monroe & Chula for their client
PRESCOTT ON John A. Prescott, informed the Council that their client
DRAINAGE AT was Concerned about drainage from the premises at 215 D
215 D ST. Street and stated that the Building Department should use
the utmost caution and see that no building regulations
were violated on any construction contemplated at the
above address. On motion of Councilman Byrd, seconded
by Councilman Humeston and carried, the letter from
Attorneys Monroe and Chula for their client John A.
Prescott, was ordered received and filed.
Mr. Meyer of La Colina Drive asked for and received
clarification from City Attorney Hayden as to what
constitutes a protest agsinst the proposed "Greater
Tustin Annexation."
The meeting was adjourned on motion of Councilman
Humeston, seconded by Councilman Tadlock and duly
carried·
