DISCUSSION:
On August 13, 1984 the lusttn Planning Commission recommended approval of Zone
Change 84-4 to the City Council. The City Council will hold a public hearing
for this project on September 4, 1984. the development plan is part of that
zone change and plans are attached to Public Hearing No. 1.
RECOI~ENDED ACTION:
If the City Council approves the zone change ~ith the attached development plan,
then it would be appropriate for the Redevelopment Agency to act on this
project. Staff recommends favorable consideration be given to this project.

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE
DESIGN PLAN FOR THE SENIOR BOARD AND CARE FACILITY
AT [262 BRYAN AVENUE
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin,
California does hereby approve the design of the proposed Senior
Board and Care Facility at [262 Bryan Avenue based on the
following findings:
A. The design and proposed use of the ~roject, subject to
conditions of approval, are compatible with the goals
and objectives of the South Central Redevelopment Project
Plan.
The architectural and physical design of this project are
compatible and consistent with other architectural styles of
buildings within the immediate area.
That based on the analysis contained in Zone Change 84-4
· report to the Planning Commission dated August [3, [984, the
project should be a positive addition to the community.

That final development plans shall be reviewed and approved
by the Otrector of Community Development prior to permit
issuance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency held on the 20th day of August, [984.
