HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1958 04 21 MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL, APRIL 21, 1958. COUNCILMEN PRESENT: Kidd, Tadlock, Humeston, Bacon & Byrd. ABSENT : None. CITY ATTORNEY : Dennis D. Hayden, present. On motion of Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman Byrd and carried, minutes of the meetings of April 7, 1958 and the adjourned regular meeting of April 15, 1958, were approved,as mailed. PERMISSION A request by the United Cerebral Palsy Association of FOR CERE- Orange County to carry on their fund-raising campaign BRAL PALSY during the month of May, 1958 was approved, on motion ASS'N. of Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman Humeston. Mr. Elliott, a partner in the operation of the Revere REVERE House appeared before the Council and stated that he HOUSE, and his partner Mr. Edes, were well pleased with the NO DESIRE services given them by the City of Tustin and had no TO WITH- desire to withdraw from the city. He also wished it to DRAW be understood that they were the Lessees, not the Lessors. COUNCIL- Councilman Bacon requested permissionto leave the MAN BACON state during the month of May. On motion of Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman Humeston and carried, permission was granted Councilman Bacon to leave the state. Motion of Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman Humeston that the bills be paid. Motion carried. Sheriff, James A. Musick, meals for B I L L S prisoners ........... $1.00 County of Orange, expenses for April 8th, Elections.. $39.00 Motion of Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Tadlock that the meeting be adjourned until 7:00 P.
