ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN TRACT NO. 11564
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tustin City Council., at their meeting of August 6, 1984, accept all
public improvements constructed by the developers of Tract No. 11564 and authorize
the release of all pertinent public improvement bonds.
BACKGROUND:
Tract No. 11564 is a residential condominium development located on the easterly
side of Holt Avenue and approximately 155 + feet northerly of Plaza Way. This
five unit condominium project was develope~by the Manning Company.
DISCUSSION:
All public improvements related to Tract No. 11564 have been completed to the
satisfaction of the Public Works Department and are ready for acceptance by the
City.
The following bonds are now reac~y for release by the City:'
Faithful Performance #USO 86 72 ....................... $7,100.00
Labor and Materials #U50 86 72 ........................ $3.,550.00
Monumentation #U5086 73 .............................. $ 500.00
The Subdivision Warranty Bond #USO 86 73 in the amount of $710.00 must remain in
effect for a period of one year after the City's acceptance of said public
improvements.
