ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN TRACT NO. 11649
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tustin City Council, at their meeting of July 16, 1984., accept all public
improvements constructed by the developers of Tract No. 11649.
BACKGROUND:
Tract No. 11649 is a condominium development located at 1162 Sycamore Avenue
(south side) and was developed by the Barnett-Nowling Company. The developer
completed all public improvements prior to the recordation of the Tract which
eliminated the need for the usual i~rovement bonds. Additionally., the developer
provided a cash deposit to serve as the warranty bond for a period of one year
after City acceptance of the public improvements.
DISCUSSION:
All public i~rovements related to Tract No. 11649 have been completed to the
satisfaction of the Public Works Department and are ready for acceptance by the
City.
The cash deposit in the amount of $390.00 will have to remain on deposit with the
City for a period of one year after the City accepts said improvements.
