DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS ITEMS
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Tusti'n City Council, at their meeting of May 7, 1984, declare the forty
five items as listed below as surplus items to the needs of the City.
BACKGROUND:
Section 1626 of the Tustin City Code provides for the disposition of property and
requires that the City Council make a finding that any property to be disposed of
is not required for public use.
DISCUSSION:
The items listed below have been discarded by various departments on the basis
that these items are not required for public use in the City's operation. These
items are either not utilized, not in working order, or scrapped parts of small
equipment.
