Direct staff to initiate proceedings for amending the Land
Use Element of the City's General Plan for property bounded
by Interstate 5, Bm~nt.ng Avenue, 8~yan Avenue and the future
extension of Jamboree Road north of Interstate 5, and auth-
orize the ~yor and City Clerk to execute the subject profes-
sional services agreement as recommended by the Community
Development Department.
