OP~T AGENCY OF THE CIll~ OF 1US~IN, CALIFORNIA MARCH lg, lg84 CALL TO OROER The meeting was called to order by Chairman Hoesterey at 8:45 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. Ledendecker, Director of Public Works Jeff Kolin, Recreation Superintendent Approximately 10 in the audience /LopROVAL OF MINUTES It was moved by K&nnedy, seconded by Edgar, to approve the minutes of the March 5, 1984, meeting. Carried 5-0. 4. APPROVAL OF DEMANDS It was moved by Kennedy, seconded by Edgar, to aprove demands in the amount of $16,739.88 for the month of February, 1984, as recommended by the Finance Director. Motion carried 5-0. 81 EMBOSSED ~ONCRETE ~DIA~( PAVING I~ROVEI4ENTS - FIRST STREET BE~EN 'B' STREET & NEWPORT AVENUE As recommended in the inter-corn dated March 2, 1984, prepared by the Engineering Division on subject item, it was moved by Edgar, seconded by Greinke, to authorize the Tustin City Council to act on behalf of the i~-d~Topment Agency in administrating and disbursing of funds for paving of narrow neck center medians with embossed concrete on First Street between "B" Street and Newport Avenue and allocate Redevelopment Agency funds in the amount of $21,000.00 to accomplish said work. Carried 5-0. DESIGN REVIEW NO. 5-84 - RESOLUTION NO. ADA 84-6 Following consideration of the inter-com dated March 19, 1984, prepared by the Community Development Department, it was moved by Saltarelli, seconded by Edgar, to adopt the following: RE~UTION NO. ADA 84-6 - A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DESIGN OF A 4,307 SQUARE FOOT RETAIL COMMERCIAL BUILDING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CENTENNIAL WAY AND FIRST STREET After a brief question-and-answer period, the motion carried 5-0. 81 7.
