HOMEOWNER REQUEST FOR TREE REMOVAL
RECOMMENDATION:
I recommend the trees be removed, as requested, and replacements be made of Mr.
McMahon's choice from the City approved tree list.
BACKGROUND:
Mr. McMahon of 14092 Woodlawn has requested the City remove two parkway trees.
states that the trees cause problems by continually dropping leaves year .round,
insects have infested the trees and they are making a mess.
He
DISCUSSION:
Mr. McMahon has two little leaf Elm trees, they are deciduous and quite messy.
The leaves and bloom droppings are very fine and when the wind blows they get into
everything. The trees have a very good root system and show no damage to the
concrete work at this time.
Notification was handed out to the surrounding neighbors stating that Mr. McMahon
has requested the trees be removed. No objections were received.
