Floors are divided into sections, with fire doors between each area. One hundred and thirteen cartons of hardcopy records or 8 trays of microfiche, or a combination of both, can be stored for the sum of $25.00 per month or $300.00 per year. Fees for pick up or retrieval of records is very reasonable. This amount of storage would be ample for many years for the records in the City Clerk's office. Mary E. Wynn City Clerk
