HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC 4 RELEASE OF BONDS 03-05-84R 22, 1984 FROH: $1.~J ECT: WILLIAM HUSTON, CITY MANAGER BOB LEDENDECKER, DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS/CITY ENGINEER RELEASE OF SUBDIVISION WARRANTY BONDS RECOMMENDATION: That the Tustin City Council,'at their meeting of March 5, 1984, authorize the release of Subdivision Warranty Bonds for developments as indicated below: Parcel Map No. 78-110 - Bond #711 7040 Parcel Map No. 78-111 - Bond #711 6653 Parcel Map No. 78-115 - Bond #288 3225 Parcel Map No. 78-120 - Bond #L05-034112 Parcel Map No. 79-1032 - Bond #95M-553-613 BACKGROUND: As a condition of approval for any certain development processed under the Tract Map or Parcel Map procedures, it is a requirement that all public improvements related to that development be constructed with the development. Further, it is required that the developer post a Subdivision Warranty Bond to remain in effect for a period of one year after the date the Council accepts said public improvements.
