Request: Subdivide for condominium purposes

The subject map is a 3-lot subdivision consisting of 3.04 gross acres which
is located on the easterly side of Holt Avenue from the south side of
Irvine Blvd. southerly to Newport Ave. The purpose of this map is to
reduce the number of lots from 7 to 3. Previously, the tentative map
stated that Lot 1 was for condominium purposes. The applicant has now
removed that status because they no longer intend to subdivide the new
building into condominiums.
The final map is in substantial compliance with the tentative map with the
exception of the condominium status. The final map is in conformance with
the Tustin Area General Plan.
The tentative map was approved on July 19, 1982 by both the Planning Agency
and City Council by the adoption of Resolutions 2043 and 82-58. Those
conditions have been complied with.
RECOHPIENDATION
Approve Final Tract 11829 by the adoption of Resolution No. 84-15.

RESOLUTION NO. 84-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP
NO. 11829
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:
I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
A. That Final' Tract Map No. 11829 was submitted to the
City Council pursuant to Ordinance No. 847 by Jack
Norris on behalf of Burnett-Ehline to create a threerlot
subdivision from properties described as the westerly
228 feet measured from Centerline of Holt Avenue, of
that portion of Lot 9 of the Vanderlip Rowan Tract, as
per map recorded in Book 5, Page 160 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
B. That this project previously had a Negative
Declaration approved to comply with the California
Environmental Quality Act.
C. That the proposed division is in conformance with
the Tustin Area General Plan.
D. That the Final Map is in substantial conformance with
the Tentative Map.
II.
The City Council hereby approves Final Tract Map No.
11829, subject to all conditions listed in Planning
Agency Resolution No. 2043.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of City Council of the City
Tustin and on the day of , 1984.
