HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1956 12 31268 MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL, DECEMBER 31, 1956 COUNCILMEN PRESENT: Jerome C. Kidd, Vincent L. Humeston, Frank E. Bacon, Jr. COUNCILMEN ABSENT: W. L. Tadlock and Lee Byrd. CITY ATTORNEY: C. Arthur Nisson, Jr. present. Meeting was called to order at 4:00 P. M. by Mayor Kidd. Motion by Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman Humeston that Minutes of the previous meeting be approved as presented. Motion carried. Mayor Kidd opened the hearing on the "Hillview Annexation." Written protests were filed by the following property PROTESTS ON owners: Raymond J. Hull, Executor Estate of Ralph W. Hull; HILLVIEW H. & J. Mabury Co., John A. Thompson; Leroy Quick; FILED. C.W. Todd; Duncan W. Langton and Carl J. Klatt. Motion by Councilman Humeston, seconded by Councilman Bacon, that Engineer McBride check the protests as ADJOURNED filed, and that the hearing be adjourned until January 14, MEETING. 1956 at 7:30 P. M. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Bacon, seconded by Councilman Humeston that the following bills as presented be paid. Motion carried. Bill's Sweeping Service $17.50 Register Publishing Co.
