TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL
November 13, 1956
COUNCILMEN PRESENT: Jerome C. Kidd, W. L. Tadlock,
Vincent Humeston, Frank E. Bacon, Jr.
and Lee Byrd.
ABSENT: None
CITY ATTORNEY: C. Arthur Nisson, Jr. Present.
Motion by Councilman Bacon, seconded by
Councilman Tadlock, that minutes of the previous meeting be
approved as mailed out. Motion carried.
Motion by Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman
RES. #403 Byrd that RESOLUTION NO. 403 be adopted. Motion carried,
all councilmen voting aye.
Motion by Councilman Byrd, seconded by Councilman Humeston
RES.#404 that RESOLUTION NO. 404 be adopted. Motion carried, all
councilmen voting aye.
Motion by Councilman Tadlock, seconded by Councilman Humeston,
FIRE ROOMS that Councilman Bacon be authorized to have the rooms at
the rear of the Fire Station cleaned up and painted. Motion
carried.
Motion by Council Humeston, seconded by Councilman Tadlock,
that the following bills be paid. Motion carried·
