MOD'S 01-04-82DATE: JANUARY 4, 1982 CONSENT CALENDAR No. 5 1-4-82 Inter-Corn TO: HONORABLE MAYOR & CITY COUNCIL FROH: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT SUBJECT: CITY HALL/POLICE DEPARTMENT BUILDING MODIFICATIONS RECOMMENDATION It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 82-3 which amends Resolution No. 81-139. BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION On December 21, 1981 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 81-139 which approved the plans and specifications for building mod- ifications to the existing Finance Department and Police Depart- ment. The manner in which the resolution was written dictated that all plans and specifications would have to be advertised in a local newspaper. This would have resulted in a needless expense to the City. The amended resolution dictates that these plans are on file with the City Clerk and can be viewed by the public at City Hall.
