Authorize the Mayor to execute the Quitclaim Deed to the
owner of Lot No. 8, for the relinquishment of access rights
to Walnut Avenue.

REQUEST FOR PARKING PROHIBITION ~ NEWPORT AVENUE AND SYCAMORE
AVENUE
Authorize the installation of signing to restrict on-street
parking on the easterly side of Newport Ave. southerly of
Sycamore Ave. and on the southerly side of Sycamore Ave.
easterly of Newport Avenue and that warnings be issued in
lieu of citations for the first 30 days after the sign
installation.

CONSULTANT SELECTION FOR MASTER PLAN OF RECREATION AND PARKS
Select the firm of the Reynolds Environmental Group to provide
the professional design services for the Master Plan of

City Attorney to draft subject agreement with the Reynolds
Environmental Group, pursuant to their proposal submitted
December 14, 1981; and authorize Mayor and City Clerk to exe-
cute said agreement as recommended by Community Services
Director.
