current fifty (50) foot centerline right-of-way. An additional ten (10)
feet of dedication or an irrevocable offer of dedication will be required
for the future widening to a sixty (60) foot centerline right-of-way.
The site is currently vacant land.
Discussion
This use permit as requested, is only for the conversion of the proposed
office building for condominiums. In regard to any plans submitted or
proposed with this Use Permit, all requirements and conditions of Variance
