Dear Mr. Ledendecker: On behalf of the Sycamore Gardens Homeowners Association and at the request of the City of Tustin to address this matter in writing to you, the Board of Directors would appreciate a city sign placed on Newport Avenue stating no parking on the day of street sweeping. At the present time, there is no sign on that portion of Newport Avenue which meets Sycamore. Vehicles, therefore, are not being enforced to not park during that period of sweeping as on other streets and consequently the street is not being maintained properly. Please investigate this matter and should you need any further info~i~tion, d~ not hesitate to contact me at the number~listed below.
