RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING WORKERS
RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the City of Tustin adopt attached Resolution No. 82-16,
establishing voting precincts and polling places, appointing precinct board members
and fixing compensation for the General Municipal Election of Tustin on Tuesday, April
13, 1982.
BACKGROUND:
The General Municipal Election of the City of Tustin was called by Resolution No.

Resolution No. 82-14 which consolidated the Special Primary Election for filling the
vacated seat of Senator John Briggs with the General Municipal Election was passed and
adopted on February 16, 1982.
DISCUSSION:
We have combined the County precincts into 15 City precincts. The City Co%xncil
approved the same compensation for precinct board members and rental rates for polling
places for the April 8, 1980 election as are contained in Resolution 82-16.
Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8 are not in the 35th Senatorial District while the
remainder are. The 35th Senatorial District will have a separate ballot from the City
ballots.
