Noble Co. of Orange, CA in the amount of $130,964.95. BACKGROU~D: Subject project encu,~asses repair of existing deteriorated pavement, heater remixing and asphalt concrete overlay on Red Hill Avenue between ~nce Drive and Irvine Blvd. Bids for this work were opened at 9:00 AM on March 8, 1982 and were received as follows: CONTRACTOR R.J.
