(]~D ~SINESS 325 SO~H "C" STREET Recommended that the agreement between Mr. Kelly and the City be extended for a period of 120 days. As planning and construction continue, the Community Development Director shall provide a written progress report to the City Council at the second meeting of each month. The Council will then be able to judge if work is progressing in a satisfactory manner. ORANGE (DDNT~' ~ANSIT DISTRXCT (O.C.T.D.) CEN'~K FEASIBILIT~ Authorize the Mayor to execute the Transit Center Feasibility Study Agreement and direct staff to include the amount of $5,000.00 into the 1982-83 budget as the City's share of the cost for said study. 3. I~LOCATI(H~ ·AND PUI~CH~SE PLAN FOR ~g~ C~r.TFORNIA APAR~T C0~v~IO~ (14882 NEWPORT AVENUE) ~EQ~EST FOR ~ ~ (13602 M~T.~A DRIVE) Recommended that the two parkway trees in front of the residence of Mr. and Mr. Marclnkevicz, 13602 Malena Drive, be removed as requested and that the trees be replaced with a type selected by them from the City-approved tree list.
