Applicant: Hall & Foreman on behalf of Klatt-Wilde Development Company
Location: West side of Carroll Way, north of Seventeenth Street
BACKGROUND & DISCUSSION
The subject map of 2.58 acres has been submitted to create two parcels from
one existing parcel. The zoning on these parcels is C-1 (Retail
Commercial). This map is in conformance with the Tustin Area General
Plan. At this time, no development proposals have been made to the City on
Parcel One. Parcel Two is presently being used as a parking lot for
Manny's Restaurant which is located westerly of this parcel. Parcel Two
should be added on to the Manny's Restaurant parcel since it cannot be used
as a building site because of the parking easement that runs across much of
the parcel.
On April 19, 1982 the Planning Agency recommended approval of this map by
the adoption of Resolution No. 2026.
REC01~ENDED ACTION
Uphold the findings of the Planning Agency and approve Final Parcel Map
81-1028 by the adoption of Resolution No. 82-32.

RESOLUTION NO. 82-32
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 81-1028
The City Council of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:
I. The City Council finds and determines as follows:
A. That Final Parcel Map No. 81-1028 was submitted to
the City Council by Hall & Foreman on behalf of
Klatt-Wilde Development Con~any pursuant to the Subdivi-
sion Ordinance No. 847 for the purpose of splitting a
lot for the property known as Parcel 2 of a map filed in
Book 49, Page 39 of Parcel Maps, Records of Orange
County.
B. That said map is in conformance with the Tustin Area
General Plan.
C. That this project is categorically exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality
Act.
II.
The City Council hereby approves Final Parcel Map No.
81-1028 subject all the conditions of the Planning
Agency Resolution No. 2026.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin City Council
held on the day of , 1982.
