Pipeline Co., Inc., of Yorba Linda, California, in the amount
of $107,450·08 and authorize appropriation of an additional
$42,000.00 to complete funding for the project.

petty as requested by the Committee Chairman, subject to
approval of the Tustin Unified School District for site no. 1

Authorize the recommended change orders to the contract with
Resnik Construction Co. for the subject project as recom-
mended by the City Manager.

Approve the subject conceptual design modification of the
Myrtle Street cul-de-sac subject to the following conditions:
1) No on-street parking on the cul-de-sac, 2) Any net sur-
plus public property resulting fro~ such a redesign would be
sold at public sale in accordance with State law, 3) All
necessary engineering and legal doc~ents and plans shall be
the responsibility of the development proponents and subject
to review and approval by the City Engineer and Attorney, and
4) All costs associated with the installation of the modi-
fied improvement shall be the responsibility of the develop-
ment proponents as recommended by the C~unity Development
Dept.

Select the firm of Larry Seeman and Associates to prepare the
focused Environmental Impact Report for the Newport Avenue
Extension for the stipulated fee of $14,065.00 and per the
conditions outlined in their proposal dated May 7, 1982 as
recommended by the City Engineer.
